William “Bill” A. Mulé , of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025, with his beloved family by his side. Born on December 26, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York, Bill lived a full and colorful life — one that was rich with stories, laughter, and adventure.
Bill was a man of many passions, but one of his proudest possessions was his classic 1977 Corvette, which reflected his appreciation for timeless style and speed. He loved fishing, boating, good food, and ice cream, and was always on the hunt for a great deal — a true wheeler and dealer at heart.
In his younger years, he could often be found at the speedway or out on the water. He had a fondness for B-rated horror movies, which brought him more joy than fear, and a knack for storytelling — especially the wildly entertaining tales he spun for his grandchildren. Those stories will remain cherished memories, passed down through generations with smiles and laughter.
Most of all, Bill treasured his family. He is survived by his devoted wife of many years, Donna Mulé , his loving children, Sheri Davino (Brian) and Daniel Mulé (Alicia), and his three adored grandchildren: Dashiell Mulé, Piper Davino, and Grady Davino.
Bill was a man of Catholic faith, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM, with burial immediately after at the same location.
Bill will be remembered for his big personality, humor, adventurous spirit, and above all, his deep love for family.
