92, of Louisville, passed away Friday, February 6, 2014 at the Forum @ Brookside.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma.
He is survived by his son, Ronald; daughters,
Karen and Janice; sister, Larvery; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Hosparus.
