He is survived by his wife, Shadie Petty; children, Jacqueline Davis (Alvin), Beverly Berry, Lorenzo Jr. (Ruth) and Kenneth (Chanta) Petty; brothers, Charles and Otto Petty, Jr.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Interment at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
