He is survived by his wife Ernestine Hayden Weatherby; daughter, Jasmine Weatherby; stepson, Christopher Demaree; brother, Jonathan Weatherby; two sisters, Carolyn Kaufman and Connie Reeves
Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
