Kathleen Pawley

PAWLEY, KATHLEEN ROSE (PFEIFFER), 81, wife of the late Lewis "Buddy" Pawley, Jr., died Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Nazareth Home in Louisville. She was born in Cincinnati, OH, in November 1932 to Jennie Rose and Eugene Pfeiffer, but spent most of her life in Louisville, where she attended Christ the King grade school and Loretto High School. Kathleen married Buddy on December 20, 1952. She was a member of the Louisville Water Color Society and won many awards including several Purchase Awards at the Kentucky State Fair. She was an active member of Church of the Epiphany. Kathleen is survived by her three children, Michael Pawley (Lory) of Nicholasville, KY, Daniel Pawley (Barbara) of Louisville and Maureen Spencer (Bruce) of LaGrange, KY; seven grandchildren; and one brother. The family would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff of Nazareth Home for the tender and loving care of our mother. Final resting place Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
