Age 92, of Campbellsville, KY (originally from Louisville), passed away peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025 at The Willows at Springhurst. Born September 5, 1933 in Fairborn, Ohio, Jack was a Christian, a member of Valley View Baptist Church in Louisville, a United States Marine Corps (USMC) veteran and a Ford Truck Plant 30+ year retiree. Jack was also a volunteer Game Warden at Ft. Knox for over 25 years. He graduated from Male High School in 1953 & briefly attended U of L before joining Ford Motor Company.
Jack is predeceased by his mother – Geneva, his father – Wilvey E. Sizemore, and his brothers – Raymond (Keith), Layton (Satch) & Wilvey (Bud) Sizemore, and his 1st wife – Marta Sizemore (nee Decker) and his 3rd wife – Shirley Sizemore (nee Tucker).
Jack is survived by his sister – Marjorie Nachand (Butch), his son - Tim Sizemore (Penny), his daughter - Tracy Henry-Cantu (Johnny), his grandchildren – Kaleb (Mary Allison) & Ethan (Erika) Henry, Ashley (Brandon) Evans, Elliott, Eamon, Kieran & Fiona Sizemore and his great-grandchildren – Elijah & Emmett Henry & Sonnie Lane Henry, Aubrey & Lydia & their father, John Baumgardner & Audrey, Cody, & Brylee Evans, and his 2nd wife – Clarice Blanton (nee Huff) and his many Nieces, Nephews & Cousins. Jack and his family will forever be grateful to Marlene Tucker & Beverly Cox for their love, dedication & commitment of support during his senior years. Also, we are sincerely thankful for the wonderful staff at The Willows at Springhurst & Hosparus Health.
Please join us for Visitation on Monday, November 3rd, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, with Service to follow at 2:00pm and a private family Entombment at 3:00pm. All will be held at Louisville Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home East, 11601 Ballardsville Rd., Louisville, KY 40241.
