Elizabeth Mae Cook 81, of Westport, passed away on January 29, 2015.
She was a member of Covington Baptist Church. Elizabeth was also a member of Up River Band and Derby City Chorus.
Preceding her in death was her husband: J.T. Cook.
Survivors include her son: John Andrew "Drew" Cook and his wife Tonya; grandson: Ian Cook; brother: Ralph Goodlett (Audrey).
with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
