Diana Fortner

Diana Lee Fortner, 75, of LaGrange, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. Diana was born In Kenton County, Kentucky August 14, 1945 the daughter of the late Charles Everett & Emma Louise Canfield Gamble.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Carla Gelnett (Larry) and Carrie Carnes (Brian), son, Rodney Fortner (Kelley), sisters, Linda O’Connell, Gail Comberger, Donna Mae Griffith and Peggy Ryan (Donnie), brother, Charlie Gamble, grandchildren, Tyler Gelnett (Amber), Taylor Gelnett (Alyssa), Aaron Gelnett, Emily Gelnett, Gracie Gelnett, Ryan Gelnett, William Carnes and Austin Carnes, great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Calum, Gunner, Rowan and Graham. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Jerry Fortner and her sister, Betty Fortner.
